Not only has this app been amazing for my brand and our multiple stores but the support team is next level. I had a number of goals and optimizations (different for each store) and the Rebuy team helped me configure the apps and taught me how to do it (with video tutorials specific to my store fronts) so I could continue to optimize my stores myself. This app came recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't recommend it more! I just wish we started using it sooner. The setup process was quick and easy and we saw results immediately!

I’ve been using Rebuy for my Shopify store, and I encountered a couple of significant issues that have affected my store's performance.

Initially, the post-purchase flow wasn’t working as expected due to an unsupported endpoint in the data source. Despite following the help articles and guidance from Rebuy’s support (Nam), the issue persisted longer than it should have. This feature is critical for my business, and the delayed resolution impacted the customer experience on my site.

More recently, after enabling Rebuy’s smart search feature, I encountered glitches that severely affected the store’s search functionality. I sent a video demonstrating the issue, but so far, support has only referred me to help documentation, rather than addressing the issue directly. This is frustrating as it occurred immediately after installing Rebuy, and I expected a more hands-on approach to resolving such critical functionality problems.

Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Knowing that questions and issues will be resolved quickly adds a level of professionalism that is very rare in app customer support these days, so big ups to Max and the whole Rebuy team.

Adding rebuy to our site has been a game changer! It has helped increase our sales so much. I would highly recommend this app. We had such a great success working with Rebuy in the past that we have decided to add this app to our other brands. We're big fans of Rebuy. Its one of those rare Shopify apps that simply works great. The more you learn the platform, the more you find ways to improve not just your AOV and CVR, but also your customers' experience on your site. Rebuy's system of data sources as the logical foundation for its various widgets is very powerful without sacrificing user-friendliness. It's truly endless what you can do with Rebuy to increase your overall revenue.

The team over there is excellent too -- everyone I've chatted with through their live chat feature has been super helpful. Our merchant success manager Monica brings great ideas and feedback to our meetings and clearly has our continued success in mind. Our onboarding team of Logan and Aiman were great too.

There are things I would change about their analytics dashboard and reporting. Revenue is somewhat over-attributed, but not in a way that we're not aware of, and we've simply developed our own dashboard in-house using their CSV exports. Our in-house dashboard shows clear ROI, so we're confident that Rebuy is worth every penny.
