Rebuy Personalization Engine

Adding rebuy to our site has been a game changer! It has helped increase our sales so much. I would highly recommend this app. We had such a great success working with Rebuy in the past that we have decided to add this app to our other brands. Working with Max Trummer and Suki Abdulla has been such a great experience and I have already learned so much. If you are looking to increase sales and cross sell your items Rebuy is the perfect platform to do so.

Working with Rebuy for six months now and very satisfied! The cart looks very clear and works well, especially with our shop where there are lots of products in the cart. We're big fans of Rebuy. Its one of those rare Shopify apps that simply works great. The more you learn the platform, the more you find ways to improve not just your AOV and CVR, but also your customers' experience on your site. Rebuy's system of data sources as the logical foundation for its various widgets is very powerful without sacrificing user-friendliness. It's truly endless what you can do with Rebuy to increase your overall revenue.

The team over there is excellent too -- everyone I've chatted with through their live chat feature has been super helpful. Our merchant success manager Monica brings great ideas and feedback to our meetings and clearly has our continued success in mind. Our onboarding team of Logan and Aiman were great too.

There are things I would change about their analytics dashboard and reporting. Revenue is somewhat over-attributed, but not in a way that we're not aware of, and we've simply developed our own dashboard in-house using their CSV exports. Our in-house dashboard shows clear ROI, so we're confident that Rebuy is worth every penny.

Fantastic app however not compatible with our wholesale pricing app. I also for some reason had access to someone elses store/rebuy login..i could literally make changes if i wanted.... A bit of a worry. They said they fixed it but i still had access.
Since uninstalling rebuy our cart function dosent work anymore and also have no acces to developer help to remove whatever code has been left behind (which i was told all code would be removed) please help, this is affecting my business

Dante Maxwell has been super helpful with managing our account. He has showcased each area of Rebuy that we can utilise and test to increase our AOV and has demonstrated work around's for any issues we are facing. Very pleased with his assistance and guidance.

Not only has this app been amazing for my brand and our multiple stores but the support team is next level. I had a number of goals and optimizations (different for each store) and the Rebuy team helped me configure the apps and taught me how to do it (with video tutorials specific to my store fronts) so I could continue to optimize my stores myself. This app came recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't recommend it more! I just wish we started using it sooner. The setup process was quick and easy and we saw results immediately!

Amazing platform! Rebuy is a super powerful tool to add to your tech stack and grow your business. Still in the early stages, however onboarding has been smooth. Merchants are paired with support specialists to ensure you make the most of the platform. Katie, has been amazing, any merchant would be lucky to have her! Also worth mentioning, the Rebuy support team is some of the best product support I have ever experienced! Quick to reply, thorough with diagnosing issues and proposing solutions. Highly recommend!

Suki was extremely friendly and helpful with the launch of my store. As someone with little experience in website development, she explained things to me in a way I understood. She and her team were very responsive!

The setup process with Rebuy was smooth and easy! I worked with Suki and she was extremely helpful, attentive, and prompt!
