We signed a launch contract on 15th September and expected to go live with a solution 2 weeks later. It's now 60 days later and our job is moving at a glacial pace. Communication is poor with our launch manager and is made worse by the time difference with the EU. Update 17th Nov 2022 - The ReBuy team worked though our issues and helped get us live today. Based on today's help and quick response to my negative review I'm happy to update my feedback from 1/5 stars to 5/5 stars.

We just started with the app, and so far so good. The app support is beneficial, they offer chat support. This is a must today, specially for more complex apps. I will update you after we start using the widgets and all their features. But for now - five stars!

All I can say is WOW!!! I've been growing our E-Commerce for a few years now so I've worked with a ton of apps, dev teams, account managers, etc and Rebuy has absolutely blown me away with their knowledge, support, creative and dev work. This app, and more importantly this team, will save me thousands that I would have had to pay to a dev team all while Rebuy increases revenue and the customer experience . Rich is the best account manager I've ever had across ANY app and Emelia is the best dev lead I've ever worked with. Rebuy is a home run for sure!

Outstanding app for putting the right products in front of the right people at the right time. Isaac was a huge help in getting my store working correctly with a tricky discount app. The smart cart and one-click post-upsell modules put it a cut above the rest. Pays for itself immediately.

I'd like to share my fantastic experience with the REBUY app and Rich M. Working with Rich and his team has been an absolute delight. What truly impressed me was their remarkable efficiency – they swiftly set up everything well before our major sale.

I've just started optimizing my journeys with Rebuy, which has been a great experience. The functionality and capabilities of this app are well thought out and allow me to condense a lot of my workflow into one app.

The support team and onboarding team is the highlight of this review. Dante was informative and highly knowledgeable. Jeffrey, through the chat app, took care of some fixes promptly. I highly recommend adding Rebuy to your arsenal.

Aiman Alamdy is an absolute beast!
Most reps will just respond to an inquiry with a ton of links with robust documentation on how the user needs to make the change. Aiman was able to get into the code over a Zoom call and help us from start to finish to set up our upsells and ensure they were firing.
He cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of.

Awesome app as an all-in-one upsell/aov-boosting platform. onboarding, implementation, and success teams are great too. all widgets worked out of the box and the success team helped to make them better. this helped us get rid of many apps that we were using for individual features.

This app is a game changer for my supplement brand! Before Rebuy I had to manage 3+ apps just to accomplish everything I wanted to do, and none of theme delivered the results expected or were as easy to use as Rebuy.

Support is A+ too. Tom and his entire team were able to help me with a theme issue quickly and efficiently.

As a small business owner who builds and does everything himself, I couldn't ask for a better app.
