I was referred to ReBuy when looking for an app that would allow us to do in-cart add-on's. I got that and SO much more with ReBuy! I'm really excited by all the cross-sell, up-sell, and "bundle" options that ReBuy enables, and appreciate how helpful and hands-on their team has been with getting us set up perfectly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with an ecomm store!

Got to give this app 5 stars already. Been looking for a cross-sell app that was easy to customise with our product range. Both the introduction and support was excellent as are the documentation and guides.

Great app for customized cross-sell/upsell feeds. The app is very complex, with many widget types. I would be great to offer better filtering rules to exclude products/collections/tags etc. Their support is also pretty quick. Recommend!

Hands down the best Shopify app I've ever installed. The product is just incredible. They've thought of everything, it's super fully featured. The performance and quality of the app is amazing, and the customer support will knock your socks off. I truly can't get over how incredible the experience of installing and using Rebuy has been.

App experience has been good. We've replaced two other apps with it while gaining additionaly functionality. Customer support has been particularly great, with quick responses to chat and the ability to schedule calls. Very helpful.

Rebuy has a lot of features to easily boost AOV and provide a better user experience for customers, such as the smart cart. We wanted a standalone bundle page which wasn't an out of the box solution for Rebuy, but their amazing technical team coded it for us in a few days and its working perfectly. Highly recommend using this app, it quickly pays for itself.

This is the best app on Shopify and what makes it even better is the support team. Aaron and Jordan are the two most helpful people I have worked with from a support perspective. Download the app and watch your sales and AOV increase, and you will get world class service along the way. Highly recommended and I can't wait to implement Rebuy in even more places on our website!

I've been with Rebuy for a littel over a year. There are some great things about rebuy in personalizing the customers experience but a lot of glitches as well that cause many customer complaints. I speak with rebuy maybe only once every few months. My rep I normally talk to was out of town for a long time and I was set up with a succes manager Max instead. We had a 30 min call and discussed some things we can do to make my site experience better for customers due to all the email complaints I have been receiving (6 changes we discussed to be exact). Their interface isn't the easiest to navigate so I asked Max to help. He did half of ONE task. When I kindly asked about the rest of the items he replied with a rude email that was jaw dropping telling me he "went out of his way" to do what he did and that I can do the rest of the things myself. WOW. Basically how dare I not be jumping for joy for him taking a couple minutes out his day to do what he did. Not the experience I would appreicate from a company I've given thousands to. I've also not seen any jump in my conversion rate since using this app.
