The app drastically improved our cart flyout as well as our ability to upsell and have free gifts automatically display in the cart. Rebuy also has the best customer service with any app that we have used. Unbelievable support helping us launch as quickly as possible. Looking forward to rolling out all of the features they offer!

We just started with the app, and so far so good. The app support is beneficial, they offer chat support. This is a must today, specially for more complex apps. I will update you after we start using the widgets and all their features. But for now - five stars!

GREAT experience with Rebuy so far. Our onboarding partner, Keaton, customized our smart cart to have everything we wanted, things that other apps could not support. He also executed everything quicker than I would ever expect! I'm very impressed with how customizable the widgets and cart are and am excited to use it more across our website.

This app has been amazing for us. At first, challenging to set up, but with the help from the support staff, especially Zach, he was able to guide me through the correct setup across multiple widgets. We had required custom coding and Zach went OVER and BEYOND to help. Honestly, the guy below said something about Strauss deserving a pay raise, but I'd like to nominate Zach for that pay raise because he is just as AWESOME

I'm rewriting my review for this app, having now used for around 3 months or so.
There is huge potential within ReBuy, with a very pro looking smart cart with a load of bells & whistles.
Unfortunately, the app has consumed a huge amount of my time in trying to work through seemingly endless bugs with implementation, the widgets, the rulesets etc with the customer support team. They are knowledgeable and polite, but it can take days to work through an issue, with their weekends, public holidays and time zone differences taken into account.
Nothing has implemented smoothly and has all required additional coding to get things working.
A number of the 'killer' features are only available for Shopify Plus subscribers, and there is no reflection in the pricing for those who do not have Plus and therefore cannot use these features.
I'll continue using it for now - mostly because I can't face going through the removal of the app (and its theme code), and installing a competitor's version.
In summary, for $250+ per month, I would expect a much smoother experience.

Really great app if you're looking to increase your ROI, the customer support is superb as well and they are very willing to help. Zach from Rebuy especially is the MVP!

This app is great for what we need. We added it purely for the GWP option but ended up using so many more widgets. The smart cart is great and really helps conversion - the shipping bar, cross sell and recommendations are really fantastic. Also having the discount code box in the cart is helpful. The developers helped us with customizing a few widgets for what we really needed.

Destroyed our theme. After installing the app the header and the cart were gone from our website. It is sunday afternoon, let's see how long it takes to get it fixed. So far, this app makes us lose money, instead of making.
