I seriously cannot say enough good things about Rebuy. Their platform is super intuitive and easy to use, and if you do get stumped on anything their customer support is insanely helpful and I guarantee they can come up with a solution to any problem you have

The post-purchase upsell does not work. I follow 100% of the instruction but no upsell offering shows after purchase. The customer support team keeps telling me that the product(s) people bought were not part of the trigger collection, which is not accurate. Then they just stop answering.

John was amazing, one of the best customer support services I have received on any Shopify app, by far. They're gonna add abandoned cart emails too, can't wait for that! :)

This App paid itself 10 time over in just the first day of installation, just running post purchase widget. It's more efficient than zipify OCU app because of the rule based approach. Wished i found this app 3 years earlier. Excited to dive into the other widgets.

Amazing and and team that is very helpful with support. We were looking for a better cart solution and by far this is the best solution we have used. So many options for increasing AOV.

Met Richard Matukaitis, a Merchant Success Manager while traveling and once he heard I have a Shopify store he was adamant I give Rebuy a try. He was super knowledgeable about maximizing AOV and CLV and felt I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process and even helped set up my store to ensure the widgets were firing properly. Safe to say Rebuy has been GAME CHANGING. Customers are adding more items to cart and AOV has gone up significantly. Easy to use interface and super customizable. Thank you Richard and thank you Rebuy
