Met Richard Matukaitis, a Merchant Success Manager while traveling and once he heard I have a Shopify store he was adamant I give Rebuy a try. He was super knowledgeable about maximizing AOV and CLV and felt I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process and even helped set up my store to ensure the widgets were firing properly. Safe to say Rebuy has been GAME CHANGING. Customers are adding more items to cart and AOV has gone up significantly. Easy to use interface and super customizable. Thank you Richard and thank you Rebuy

The app cost 100$/month and is not even multi-language. This is a feature that should be in ANY Shopify app this day if you pay that price. We were not able to use it and paid for the first month. We would really appreciate a refund.

A major part of the reason for upgrading to Shopify Plus was for Rebuy. We were told that the app wouldn't slow down our site. After working with the Rebuy team (great people and very helpful which is why I'm giving 3 stars) to set up our widgets and data sources we set Rebuy live. Immediately our site speed plummeted (lighthouse score went from 85 to 30) which in turn sank our conversion rate and made our ads more expensive to run. We were told Rebuy runs after our pages load, but I'm pretty sure that's not true. After about 2 weeks we realized what was going on and uninstalled the app. After another week of scrambling we realized that our site was littered with rebuy code we decided to revert to an old theme out of desperation. After reading other reviews I've only found a few other companies that had this problem, so maybe it's unique to a few. That being said, although we feel we were misled, we have been in communication with the Rebuy dev team who said hey are working on optimizing the code even more. We will try Rebuy again after that happens, but we will be way way more cautious this time around and have a back-up theme in place just in case.

Great support, Zach also send me a video how to fix some issues so in the future i can manage it by myself :) In terms of Rebuy as an app they surpass my expectations!

Absolutely brilliant - love the help section especially the Scripts generator, this is a complex app that does not need a dev to make it work (a little tech-savvy needed), beautifully integrated with Plus.

Works great and has awesome implementations I haven't seen anywhere else. Definitely worth at least testing on your store you wont regret it. Rich was super helpful giving advice on how we can improve!
