We have been using Rebuy for about 9 months and we love it. We had a rocky start with the dev team but Max was a superhero and really helped us get everything sorted.

The support is amazing, it's great to be able to double check a complex logic with Max when we really need to!

Adding ReBuy to our site is probably the best application we have every employed. We use MANY tools they have to offer and I still feel like there is so much more we have yet to use. Reza has been a massive help in guiding us to understand out analytics, leverage more tools on the site, and optimize the ones we currently use. Their support has also been top-notch when it has been needed. I highly recommend this application for your Shopify Store. Especially for Gift With Purchase solutions and Upsells.

We've been using Rebuy for a few years now and it's truly an awesome upsell app for our business - I don't write reviews often but I've seen consistent results for a long enough time (both in performance and in their support) that it's worth sharing my experience. The most obvious widgets where impact/results are most black & white is with the checkout upsells (if you're on Plus) and the post purchase offers. We use the other widgets too but it's hard to know what the customer would have bought without the upsells unless you can run a true a/b test. That said, we know with certainty that Rebuy is helping us improve AOV and generate extra profit over and above their cost - which is the whole point! Over the years, the team has always been very helpful (impressively so compared to many other apps on Shopify) and our Success Manager, Max, in particular has been very helpful and great to work with. Don't sleep on this app, especially if you have skus that pair well together.

We are using Rebuy on all 6 of our Shopfiy stores and it's definitely the bees knees of upsell /bundling apps. And we looked at A LOT of options including full custom code builds and custom apps builds.

As with any solution there are pros and cons that will be more or less important depending on your situation:

CONS
- Out of the box designs are pretty limited and it's best to use their $1,000 USD launch package to get everything set up how you want by their dev team.
- This process wasn't as smooth as we'd hoped - Rebuy is a big platform with lots of functionality and options - a lot more could have been done to help us prepare for this process so that it could go more smoothly. There was a lot of back and forth to get everything set up. Ideally you go to them with full mock ups of all the widgets you need and exactly how you want them to work. For this you need to know all of the deals you might want to run through those widgets and how they will need to function. It's a lot to think about and prepare for. In saying that many of their widgets are quite dynamic and there is good flexibility with running multiple types of deals and offers through the same widget. But I guess be prepared that you won't be able to do this 100% of the time.
- If you want to make major changes to the design/functionality of your widgets, you might need to use their launch package again and go through their dev team to achieve this.
- There is a lot of custom coding to get it set up. You're building a pretty big platform in to your store and so it's a new system to manage moving forward. If you have any issues you'll most likely need to go through their dev team to fix them. We haven't experienced any major issues or glitches with their platform in the 6 months we've been live.
- It's reasonably pricey but in our opinion worth it's worth it.

PROS
- Their team is awesome. The support is 10/10. I think this is a big part of why the cost is worth it. Everyone is super friendly and they are based in multiple time zones so you can always get help when you need it. On top of that they get back to you fast and so you don't go waiting 24 hours to actually get assistance.
- They know the platform inside out and have lots of epic ideas to help you execute your deals in the best way possible. Our account manager has been going well above and beyond what i'd expect to help us get deals live on our store and execute them in the best way possible. It's seriously A class support and again this is why it's worth the cost for us.
- Once you've used the launch package to set everything up you're store will be at a new level of gangsterness. We were using an upsell and bundling app before and after moving to Rebuy the success of our upsells and bundles has improved because the useability is SO MUCH better. They are wizards and can pretty much achieve any UX/UI you want, making everything seamless across your store.

Definitely recommend this app highly and just be as prepared as you can for the onboarding process with your designs and functionality requirements.

Our stores if you want to check out some widgets - we're using the smart cart with built in upsells and also the bundling widget on our bundle pages that lets people add 2 items to cart at once. We plan to roll out 2 or 3 more upsell widgets next year throughout the shopping journey as they've been so successful.

I rate this app 5-star.
For both functionality and knowledgeable support.
Working before with several apps, we always lack some features.
Rebuy offered us what we needed with various options for subscription products (we used both Recharge and Stay.ai)
The app works out of the box, if something is not working - support solves these issues promptly.
Best upsell/cross-sell app from who we worked with so far.

Rebuy widgets have had an impact on our ability to personalize product recommendations to customers. They have so many great widgets to use in a store. The flyout cart and upgrade to subscription feature are a game changer. Our dedicated CSM, Monica, is awesome. She is an extension of our team helping us optimize our stores and alerting us to new features that might be worth testing out. Looking to increase AOV, try Rebuy. There are lots of options that will work for any business.

Rebuy is comprehensive enough to customise our cart ourselves in 90% of cases, but for the rest 10% of edge cases or that extra bit of custom functionality Rebuy has a fantastic support team. They will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and you will learn things along the way. I wish they had a more comprehensive docs and for that I am taking off the 6th star. Sorry Rebuy, only 5 stars for you this time ;)
