haven't used it yet but they got excellent customer support. app itself has a lot of customization available and smooth integration with other marketing apps.

The app is a little expensive, but it generated immediate communication and engagement with customers and got me several sales in my first week of trial use. I'm going to continue use to see how it goes--I think it's definitely worth the spend!

This is a great app to help auto manage customer conversations and generate revenue. I did have a few challenges using/setting up, however, customer support was excellent! I recommend Recart.
