I am a few days into their free trial. Seeing more engagement for abandoned cart. There is a lot of value to see what's added to cart even when customers don't provide email or phone number. However, I am seeing that some emails sent from their server (ghostmonitormail.com) is being flagged as spam. That could hamper the open rate. If there is an option to send from different server that could help with delivery rate as well as open rate.
