As soon as I started this app, I had subscribers. The icon on the website is unobtrusive and one that people are generally comfortable with. Meaning that customers know that they'll be communicating through Messenger. My review is based on 7 days of usage, but I'm looking forward to seeing the full results. I hate leaving reviews when I haven't fully seen the benefits of an app/product, but for only 7 days, I think it may just be a good addition to (or alternative to chat). I would only be concerned with using it as a stand alone if you have customers that don't have a Facebook Messenger account.

A great feature idea for you guys: a way to automatically add discount offers already on my store to emails sent to abandoned carts depending on their cart contents. - I think that could be a winner!

App has some impressive integrations and strategies to make up for the pre-check loss that occurred in April.
When we had issues getting everything setup and making the widgets show properly within our theme their customer service team worked with us for a week, providing great service and setting everything up just right.
Gave a 4 out of 5 stars because the load time of our pages did suffer a bit due to some of the apps features.
At the end of the day we did not decide to stay with Recart - as the strategies did not line up with our branding and preferred method of customer communications but that has nothing to do with the app itself or the team behind it.

Please know that Recart's code loads on websites asynchronously, so it will never block or slow down other parts of your site that are actively downloading.

We are currently trialing Recart but so far the email collection and abandon cart seems to be working but its early days and want to see how we get on in time.
Pretty good app. I have tried nearly all the features and they work well and seamlessly. Recommended.
I'll give it 5 star if the pricing structure is changed. The first $29 dollars should be charged only after the first sales is generated :)
Great App ! However for 5 stars there should be more freedom for custom some text because for the french customer as there in my store who don't speak english it's not very good :/

Just using the trail so far and exploring the features but I'm really enjoying it! Looking forward to giving it a bit more of a go and seeing if it turns to more conversions. It would be great to offer more options for customisation but the standard features look pretty good.
