Wiser ‑ AI Upsell & Cross Sell

I have used the Wiser App for 3 years now and I am very happy with the results (ie sales from it!). With the amazing help of tech support, I can implement the features and maximise what the app has on offer. As a small ecomm business, with limited web development knowledge. I find it easy to navigate. This is by far the most performing app on my website.

We've been using the Wiser app for a while now and couldn't be happier. It’s highly configurable, works exactly as it should, and fits seamlessly into our store’s needs. The support team is fantastic – especially Prachee, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The app is ideal for anyone looking to implement product recommendations, frequently bought together, and other upsell features. All of this comes at a very reasonable price. We're now also considering adding their Search & Filter option based on the excellent experience we've had so far.

Highly Recommend this app to all. Great features on the free tier and affordable pricing on subsequent tiers. Feature rich and highly intuitive. Customer service is top notch. Had some problems with app features but Ankit reached out and booked a Google meet and took care of all my issues. Most apps do not take their service to that level but Wiser does. I'm very happy with the look and functionality of the app and the service is what made me keep it. Don't hesitate to install this app.

My experience with the support team — especially Toheeb — has been absolutely amazing. I'm not a tech expert, and I often struggle to get the most out of new apps. But thanks to Toheeb’s patient and knowledgeable support, I not only got the app set up correctly but now fully understand its potential.

If it weren’t for his help, I probably wouldn’t have kept the app installed — but after today, I can confidently say this is one of the best apps on Shopify for boosting sales and increasing AOV. I’ll be recommending it to all my fellow eCommerce business owners here in Australia.
