Recurly acquired Prive and completely ruined it. I don't understand the purpose of the acquisition if they just completely ignore Prive customers until they leave. Truly a terrible experience after the acquisition. Nobody at Recurly wanted to help or had any idea what was going on. Stay away!

The Recurly team is great to work with! They know how to balance both tactical and strategic conversations. We've had a few bumps in the past couple months, but they do come back with root issues and future preventions. I think the improvements in their pipeline will really help us to level up too.

Update: We are currently looking for an alternative to Recurly to handle our subscriptions. We have been having difficulty with the product since Prive was acquired by Recurly and cannot get any support on our issues.
We are really excited that we found Prive. The integration into Shopify was a seamless one. Big shout out to our account manager Kai. She was easy to work with and held our hand throughout the process. I highly recommend Prive for those with a subscription model business.
