Redirect Ninja – AI 404 Fix

Excellent app! It has been incredibly useful for my store, especially because I had a lot of 404 URL issues. Our business had very many old broken links. The wildcard tool has been incredibly helpful in creating a rules based infrastructure to capture and redirect broken links accurately. Jeff is really responsive and helpful. I tried the AI tool, and it was very interesting but I found the Wildcard rules to be more precise for our use case.

The AI Redirect Tool with Redirect Ninja is hands down the best feature I have found when migrating our old site to Shopify. It makes things very easy. It saved me hours and hours of trying to match things up on a spreadsheet csv. Jeff and the team are also great at responding and helping. They are constantly communicating with us on our project and actively looking to add features that meet our needs.

Needed a solution for quickly fixing redirects and monitoring broken URLs moving forward. Ran into a couple of small issues with the app, but Jeff the support person was super responsive and got my questions answered immediately. I had thousands of broken links so it took some time to get the data sorted, but once I had it uploaded the app did everything for me. Pretty powerful even on the free plan.

This is an incredibly helpful app for handling 404's. It was super easy to set up and understand. It works automatically site wide and also gives you a list of each redirect for manually tweaking specific pages and products.
