The app is super and really helping us get customer feedback. It also helped us during our website development phase as it allowed us to capture screenshots and record videos of the UI and functional issues and send them directly to the development team. We are also using the different Redpen products (desktop app, browser extensions, Wordpress plugin, etc) as well. Really helps us in maintaining the quality of the apps by getting faster resolution of the issues reported using them.
