Great customer service and the app is able to fulfil all our store discount requirements!
Support is useless, not interested in helping to setup the app. Pushing to read not related articles. Tried explaining what I need, but they don't even listen. They didn't have features what we needed, so decided to uninstall app from our store.

great app! Good and friendly support
Found the logic flow interface and the general UX confusing and frustrating to use. I was trying to set basic settings like limiting how many times a discount could be used, and couldn't find where to set that. Another basic expected feature like applying the discount up to a certain amount of spend, wasn't actually available, this exists in other apps and is a requirement for us.

Regarding the ability to limit discount usage, we want to clarify that while this feature is available for manual discount codes, Shopify's limitations do impact automatic discounts. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding. Very nice app with a lot of flexibility and customization when it comes to different typ of discount, and a very user friendly interface as well.

Works good, solves a lot of discount issues the shopify built in one has, and good customer service
The app is very simple to use.
I needed custom discounts for each individual product in my store for certain users with an inventor of over 100 items and creating the discount logic was simple.
There was a point where I made an incorrected logic path do to my error and their support team found it quickly and informed me on how to correct it. they even offered to jump in and fix it for me.
I've been using the Regios Discount app on my Shopify store for a month now, and I’m really impressed. The ability to set up complex pricing and automatic discounts is incredible, it made a huge difference for my B2B site. The setup process, even for my more intricate pricing structure, was surprisingly fast and easy. They have a workflow for setting up discounts that’s truly out of this world.
What really stands out is the customer service. They respond within a few hours and are always ready to assist, especially during the initial setup. They made sure everything worked perfectly from the start. The pricing for the app is also fair, considering the value it brings. Highly recommended!
This app is easy to use and visually blends well with default Shopify theme look and feel. The logic editor, while simple in concept, can create basic discounts or detailed segment discounts based on product and user tags. It correctly maintains the discount page in Shopify admin.
The one time I did have a problem, customer support responded in minutes and the fix was in less than 30 minutes. Great online assistance!
Its fast, works well on mobile and web and doesn't have the baggage that other discount plugins bear. Recommended!
