We started using Releasit COD Form just recently and the experience so far is really good. First, I found it really easy to set it up, with no previous experience and knowledge of this app, I was able to easily set up the form (the popup) and not just set it up, but also customize it to my needs -- BTW, it has really nice functionality in terms of customization, which I love!

Secondly, we ran a selling campaign while we were on the Free Plan which only allowed us 60 orders. Later we discovered that there were much more orders, which didn't go through because of the 60 orders limit. BUT, and here goes a big thumbs up to Releasit team, once we contacted the support, they successfully restored the remaining orders.

So you can imagine how thrilled we were when we realized that we in fact had 3 times more orders, but they just didn't go through because of our mistake... Now that we are using the higher Plan, everything works fine.

The fact that the orders were recorded and stored by Releasit is such a nice feature! Really nice!

The most important thing is that it has one step checkout. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!
This allows us our convenience when buying from third party sellers as well. They also keep using "new" websites regularly instead selling through sites already established by users or legacy stores/depots / locations etc.

before using this app. i had hundreds of add to cart because of 3 step check out that shopify normally offers. after installing this app, my add to cart was get to 2% which is amazing. Customers now have to fill only 3 details (name, number, and addres) and and press submit button.. The app is really worth for me. And Most importantly, the customer service they have is amazing. Everytime i hve problem in app.. they immediately solve it. I would say best ever customer service i have come across. Thats why i stick to this app.. Thanks Releaseit COD.

I'm coming back after more than 2 months of using the app :
what can I say for real I'm using more than 10 apps on my stores and the best support and the best guy you can meet i mean i installed some apps not compatible with the old version of COD form and in minutes and at 21h they helped me and modified there code so they will be compatible with the currency converter
wow realy nothing to say about: the best app because they can mobilize it for your business and the best support 24/7

So, I have been using this app since 2 weeks and literally it helped me a lot in getting good conversions. Initially, I was unsure of installing this app because I had a bad experience with such kind of cod form app but yeah it worked like a charm for me. Talking about customizations, support team here did a great job I would say, they just resolved my issues instantly.
So no complaints as of now, just curious to see some new features though. Definitely recommended!

We had a truly wonderful experience with the app and the support. A special shoutout to Marco from the support team for being extremely efficient with responses and solving all our challenges in an instant.

The app is wonderful and helped create a perfect system for 2 separate buttons on our products page - 1 for COD orders, and 1 for Pay online & Get a discount.

Overall we had a great experience setting up the app and are extremely happy with the results so far.

In the future if our orders go above 60 a month we would gladly pay for the next plan in the tier.

The only constructive feedback we have is regarding the customisation of the Buy Online & Get a discount button - is the future updates of the app could provide us with the option to customise this button it would be great and would save the contact support step. Having said that, it is to be repeated, that the get support was so prompt and instant that either way it's okay!

I am amazed by their customer service. Very quick responses and helpful people. Really appreciate. The app is very Good, I think it is a very smart move to import this APP cause you can make customers pay via Credit Card and give them a small discount in order to avoid COD payments and Cash Flow problems. The COD is very clear, IT IS NOT decrease my website's speed and you can add your own preferable sections cause Shopify doesn't have them. Great App and the new feature about SMS Recovery is amazing.
