This app has been incredibly helpful in allowing customers to update their shipping address and add/edit order notes. This has helped improve efficiencies for our customer service team since they no longer have to field these requests and manually update orders in our admin. We've been using it for years to allow customers to edit their addresses before shipping. It's really useful for pro-orders, but also when customers make mistakes during checkout. It saves a lot of time for customer support.
