This app is a great way to allow custom items in our catalog to be quoted on instead of being directly sent to the checkout. The company was also fantastic to work with and provided the additional changes I needed to integrate this app with our website.

The Request A Quote Shopify app is an great app to improve your store. You are able to customize your qoutes like you want. And the support is also good and they reply and solve things very fast! I recommend this app to every store owner who workes with quotes!
I've had a few issues with the app - especially when updating the theme, But "turning it off and on again" typically fixes them. Any other issues I've had to reach out to the app team for they usually get fixed within a couple of hours.
I've had a few compatibility issues with my theme using this app, but every request I've made to the team they have been very helpful and quick to handle the issue. It seems they are always working on keeping the app updated so a really great tool with some good features.

Request a Quote app has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I had an urgent issue where prices were still showing on product and collection pages. Haley jumped on it straight away, arranged collaborator access, and had their developer fix it fast.
Then a new issue popped up with variant behaviour and add to cart. They fixed that just as quickly.
After that, I asked for a couple of custom tweaks to match our theme, including the quote form font and the quote button behaviour on collection pages. Again, they handled it without fuss and even provided a Loom video to confirm the changes.
Every message was clear, fast, and helpful. No back and forth. No delays. Just solutions.
