I do use the contact form and request quote apps on our store, they work well, and we are happy with the customer support they provide when we have an issue; they keep you informed on the progress and make sure they get feedback from us before they close the issue ticket, My self I highly recommend both apps and Globo services to their customers.
The customer support is exceptional. We were faced some minor challenges when trying to hide the prices, but their responsiveness was truly impressive. They quickly addressed and resolved the issues, going the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly.

The app is very helpful to us, it is pretty flexible and can be configured to almost all needs. The support is very fast and friendly.
3.5/5 -- app is pretty frustrating at times when it doesn't work and isn't super user-friendly when it comes to getting the necessary products to have hidden prices. For us, it wouldn't automatically hide the prices of everything in a certain collection, and it wouldn't load when I tried to add them manually. However, their team worked with me until we finally got it right after a few days of emailing back and forth and trying many options. I am very appreciative to Emma and Kenny for their help!
