We installed this app to create a custom quotation button option for our customers who need printing or embroidery as an additional service after selecting the initial products and adding to the quotation list. This app works amazingly with the backend on Shopify, creating a draft from the quote is perfect. We had a few really small install issues, but the app dev team fixed them no problems, communication was fantastic. This dev team are amazing and would recommend this app to any business that needs to customise the quote after receiving the details. We will be adding this app to our 2nd website in due course.

Excellent app with very clear interface and settings. I had an issue with the button placement on my theme and it was fixed by their development team within an hour. Absolutely excellent service.

We have tried some quotation apps and this is the best one! It is full of detail features and very well implemented. It works without issue. We had some questions and the support team is being very helpful to us.

Overall great plugin and most importantly, great support team too! Our best choice ever with no regrets!

This app is your best option for accepting a request for a quote from potential customers. We want to provide shipping quotes and other options on products.

At first, we had issues getting it working and found some bugs. It was frustrating getting support with the time zone difference between us. Globo did get it working. One problem remaining that they are working on and we expect it to be fixed is, if you edit an RFQ, you must refresh your browser for the changes to save correctly. Without doing so, if you resend an email to customer, it does not show your changes. Best to test it first and see how it behaves so you understand what the customer sees when you respond.
