I've been using Resell for postpurchase upsells and overall I'm really happy with it. What stands out most is their pricing model — paying based on a percentage of the additional revenue generated. When you're just starting out with a brand, that kind of alignment makes a huge difference; you're not stuck paying a flat fee before you've even proven the upside.
On top of that, the support team has been fantastic.
The app itself is also very easy to set up and use — no unnecessary complexity, just does what it's supposed to do.
Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add post-purchase upsells without a lot of friction or risk.

The support team has been disappointing. I requested a small layout change, but even after 30 days, it has not been properly implemented. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep saying the task is completed when it is not. The lack of efficiency and communication is frustrating.
