Retainful : Email Marketing

Madhav, Aravind and Kaarthicka have been IMMENSE in helping me problem solve my Abandoned Cart Recovery system and getting it up and running.

They were patient and attentive - I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and involved in every part of the process. I can't thank them more enough.

I really liked how they helped me with my issue in setting up the automation. It really helped me in boosting my number of orders.

We have been using a Retainful Email marketing app and we have generated excellent revenue after doing marketing automation.

During the setup process I incorrectly entered my email address and noticed it too late. Once that address was in the sign up... forget about correcting it. Won't let you go back or start new. Seams like a simple mistake should allow for easy correction.

The App has been great so far. It has quite a bit of flexibility in editing of the email. It's easy to use as well. They are constantly adding new functionality, and support has been very timely and super helpful. Keep it up!!

The developers of this app are super helpful and accomodating. Anytime I have run into an issue they have helped fix it and make it right. They even took the time to create custom email templates for me for all the automated emails. Highly recommend working with them!

The support and customer service is exceptionally good.Great AP so far, very user fiendly. All features are available in trial period unlike most other appications.

Retainful is perfect for creating a standardised process for following up with e-mails custom discount codes using referal schemes and much more. Overall a great app to have and excellent customer service. Ramesh was there and went through the app step by step setting everything up with me. Highly recommend, 10/10

I installed this app because the Shopify stock abandoned email did not work... unfortunately this app displayed poorly in Yahoo email with oversized images. I eventually got the Shopify emails to work and they look better.

Please let me know if any coding is leftover after uninstalling the app

Really bad experience. The way they are using to count the amount of customers is so bad and it is the perfect way to charge you more and more. When you edit an email the platform does not respond well and is not making any change... There is not possible to edit emails in HTML (is it so complex to include this feature?) Until you do not fix all these issues does not make sense at all to use this app. You are just expending money for a general bad experience.
