I can't get this app to stop charging my customers despite it being turned off and disconnected. Customer support is not helping either. User beware.
Overall, we've had a great experience using Seel and would recommend it to other vendors. The team is responsive and solution-oriented when facing any issues, and the process is straight forward.
Seel has been great for my business. I sell products that aren't really appropriate to return once a customer has used them. For example, if they remove decals from the backing and install them before changing their mind and putting them back on the backing.... Previously customers would try to send those back to me for a refund. There's no way I could sell it to another customer so it would be a loss for me every time that happened. Now with Seel, I've been able to update my return policy so that returns are only available if the customer purchases the Seel Return Protection at checkout. AND, if someone does want to initiate a return, that's work I don't have to do anymore since it goes through Seel.

Orders with lost products can also be processed for us in a timely manner.
Only been using for a short time. Couple of customers did not understand and checked it in error. May be the way displayed on site. Gave myself a one-year trial period to see how it works but no really complaints so far.
More than an app. The app works well and as promised. My customers feel very comfortable to buy from us with a return policy, which this app handles without products needing to come back to us.
The app integrates easy with the site (they do all the work) and it works seamlessly. Support is personalized and responsive.

Merchant support is the worst. Over 4 months for a simple request to be completed/updated after repeated promises and in the end, they never did. But somehow they were quick (less than 4 days) to respond to my email for their removal from my store. If merchant support is this way, I can imagine the customer support and didn't want to take the chance.
This return assurance program is brilliant and the team that helps you to onboard is super responsive and helpful. Not only does this help us manage returns on final sale items it also helps give our customers an extra peace of mind when ordering final sale items online. It is a no brainer to have this service in place for your customers giving them an option to insure their purchases and protecting your brand reputation.
The onboarding process was seamless and easy, everything was set up quickly and with no issues. The team were really helpful guiding me through the process and I'm hopeful the app will bring in more sales!
Increasing online orders also increased number of returns. I have been looking for a solution that could reduce financial impact to from increased number of returns. And Kover's return assurance is the best (and probably the only) solution. Adding the return assurance to our service brought huge additional benefits to our customer service. With this service, it enables customer service team to be much friendlier, since they can happily take the returns. Even if the customer didn't purchase return assurance, customer service team will have friendlier talk point, such as by saying “I will make exception for return this time, but for next time, you should purchase return assurance”. Kover team is extremely responsive, professional, and very pleasant to work with.
