The review does not have anything to do with how the app works, but with the customer service that we received and the business practice of the company that owns the app. The app was installed almost year and a half ago on our store and was not once utilized, it just got lost among others and due to our scale and the fact that we have 3 stores to manage, no one noticed this. This is a very simple, easy to use app, that does what exactly what you need it to. Customer experience is also very straightforward, highly recommend!

Update: I accidentally deleted the app (doh!) and their support was so on the ball about helping me get my data restored and everything back installed as it was before my mistake. Very happy with this app and their support all around!

We process quite some returns. This app really makes the processing much more streamlined with label generation from Shippo integration.
