This is a very simple, easy to use app, that does what exactly what you need it to. Customer experience is also very straightforward, highly recommend!

Update: I accidentally deleted the app (doh!) and their support was so on the ball about helping me get my data restored and everything back installed as it was before my mistake. Very happy with this app and their support all around!

We process quite some returns. This app really makes the processing much more streamlined with label generation from Shippo integration.
Customer support is great. They responded in 24 hours not only with an answer but with the actual css code created for me so that I could just easily copy and paste it in. I didn't have to do anything. I actually forgot to add the code and they even reached out a few days later to remind me.
The support team is very responsive and this app has been helping us a lot to manage all the returns. Excellent work!!
They even made us a great feature to generate reports by return reason! so far it's been an enjoyable experience.

Their customer service team is super responsive, for the few questions I've had.
The reporting functions are easily accessible but somewhat limited in scope if you're trying to derive close product trends.
They do a great job delivering the big picture and will hopefully improve in years to come.

This is one of my all-time favorite apps. It saves me a ton of time allowing customers to generate their own return labels. No more sending emails with return labels for every return. It has some great functionality-- for example, I can exclude final sale items from returns. Thank you for an amazing app.
