Easy Returns Management System

This is a great app that made all our returns a breeze!
Their customer support is great. They were always readily available and were willing to update the app to match our store's needs and requests.
I would highly recommend going with this app if you are looking for a reliable returns management app that simplifies the whole return process for both the customer and the store owner.

It is a very useful app to manage returns and send automated messages to the customer. Very easy to install as well. However, a big, glaring gap, is that we cannot download return information into a CSV and hence it becomes difficult to analyze the data. Their analytics are also not very useful as the returns are available only in 'numbers' and not in value. We cannot build our own reports either. Request team to please work on this feedback. Otherwise app is very easy to use and navigate.

We changed from another returns management app from a 'big app development house'; we were apprehensive at first, but we are SO happy we did! The app has functioned near flawlessly since installing it, it has much of the reporting and data capture we're looking for, and -most importantly- it functions seamlessly for our customers & our returns team.

Additionally, when we have had questions, the developer's team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. They also listen when we suggest app modifications or enhancements and let us know if there is likelihood our suggestions could be implemented in future versions or updates.

To date, this has been one of the best apps we've installed on our store.

We have been very happy with the support and overall functionality of this app. Developer is very responsive and happy to work on minor customizations, which has been really helpful for us. We tried many different return apps and this one was definitely the most user-friendly for us, so would highly recommend.

Great app! It could only be better if Shopify allowed a better two-way communication and the order indicated there was a return on file. The support is great and a feature I requested was implemented in under a week!

Had some trouble to start as I needed to setup an account on an external website (Shippo), but Spice Gems came to the rescue and help me set everything up. The interface to setup was VERY easy to follow in this app and it's going to make a world of difference to our fast growing company!

Fantastic app and fantastic customer support. They were very helpful in making the app custom to our website colors to make sure everything flowed properly. Customer service assisted with all my questions and checked in afterward to make sure there were no issues. Highly recommend this app.
