Poor Customer Support, After 3 days of emailing and chat, there is not follow-up from them
Estamos teniendo problemas con la app. Se que a muchas personas les funciona bien, pero al instalarla, cuando compramos el plan, ahora nos bota fuera de la app cada vez que la abrimos y no sabemos como contactarnos con el desarrollador para solucionar este problema.
El soporte cada vez es mas deficiente, cuando estaba Juan todo se solucionaba a la brevedad.
mi primera app de reviews. de momento no se actualiza con mis ventas, y al pedir ayuda al Whatsapp no responden, llevo un rato esperando... claro, tengo la versión gratuita, pero así no dan ni ganas de probar la paga...
