Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver

Truly amazing app. I tried many of the apps but this is the ONLY one that allows you to restrict the ability to set a pick up time until you mark the order as ready for pick up (packed). I emailed 6-7 other pick up apps and none could do this. I also found that this app was the best one for being integrated into shopify's native pick up functionality. The customization features seem to be the best by far in terms of what you can set and notifications to customers.

Most importantly, the service is STELLAR. They were so helpful, even though I'm definitely among their smaller clients I suspect. They didn't treat me any different. would recommend them 100 out of 10.
