This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.
