The app definitely teaches you a lot about SEO. You still need to enter everything yourself, it's not going to do it for you- as it shouldn't, but it's very helpful with letting you know when you're doing something right- or wrong.
I had a few questions, and "Sid" of the support team got back to me in great detail, with screenshots etc. I like it when support is that thorough, and not just with a few sentences.
