My team & I recently moved to Thrive by Shopventory and I cannot express how helpful & response their customer service team was! I had many questions throughout the set up process and they were always happy to help with step by step instructions (and I ask a lot of questions!)
We also love the app! It is a great addition to our ecommerce & brick & mortar store
