OPTIS Product Options, Variant

I was in need of an app to increase my options and flexibility for variants within my store as I found my variants in my theme to not be suitable. So I reached out to the Shopify forum and asked if there was an app available for this.
I was recommended this app Product & Variants Options.

This app at first appears confusing to use because there seems to be a lot of options on the menu on the left hand side.
However, once I’d had my induction call from the team they showed me how easy it is to use the app.

I found that it looks good too. I like the options it gives you within the app for swatches or a drop down menu.

It solves the problem I had.

Jena Nguyen​ is very attentive when it comes to customer service and is more than happy to help you.
If you forget to reply, like I did, she follows up just to make sure everything is ok with you and the app.

UPDATE 01/04/24 - I am still using this app, I ran into a problem where products with drop down menu options weren't being added to the cart for the customer.

I contacted the customer services of the app and they swiftly replied. They apologised, and asked if I would give them a chance to fix the problem before I changed to a different app. Within a couple of short hours I had a reply stating their engineers had fixed the problem. Low and behold, they had! Very pleased with the outcome, the customer service from Jena, and the app. Thank you!
