Hide PayPal in Cart by NASP

I have a custom theme and the initial install of this app was unable to remove the paypal button in the cart. I'm a developer so I attempted to use css to remove the paypal button myself. Soon I realized that it was more complicated than I wanted to deal with.

I sent an email and received a reply in the same day from Billy, who edited my theme to remove the paypal button. The whole process took less than 24 hours and I'm definitely grateful & keeping the app.
