Their support team was lovely and extremely helpful. They reached out to me when I updated my theme to let me know that I should have enabled the JSON‑LD for SEO app in my new theme as well. They were also happy to help me enable it as I was not technical enough to do it myself. Can't recommend them highly enough :)
