I switched to this app after having used another, more expensive app for scheduling that would throw the same glitch at least once a month. I was getting to know their dev team a little too well.
This app is very inuitive to set up, and is working well so far. I had a quick question during set up and contacted the developer on chat. He's is either North America based, or he's awake at all hours on the other side of the planet. Either way, he was very responsive.

As for your guess, you got it! I'm not in North America, but rather working from the beautiful country of France. And about being awake at all hours - well, I've been trying to convince people for years that I'm a sleep-deprived vampire. I guess now they have to believe me, right?
