Sid is great! I tried a few times doing everything on my own with the tech support chart which was great on its own. After a couple of hurdles, I asked Sid to help me over a screen share and video chat. He sent me his calendar and I was booked for the next day. In a few short minutes, my issues were fixed and the app is working perfectly!
