My team uses this app across all our clients' stores and we have been using it for years. The support is always quick, thorough, and well informed. Although reporting to SoundScan was the foundation of this app, this company consistently goes above and beyond to build features that fit my clients' ideas/goals. We've sold countless digital downloads through Single and those all work without any issue. We also worked alongside them to pull off a huge livestream event last year that had a lot of complexities within it, but all orders flowed seamlessly and the app functioned smoothly as ever!
