I posted a review like this once before, but I deleted it to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, after a year of use, this app is a JOKE! It looks like it 's being tested in production.

- First of all, the price. I have the SILVER plan. In theory, it's $49/month, but in practice, with 150 to 200 memberships, the bills fluctuate around $250-350 per month.

- Live streaming is an absolute joke, you have to use a third-party app, and 7/10 times the live stream will disconnect.

- Adding videos and organizing them into collections. Here, you only have hashtags at your disposal, which you have to add manually under each video. If you want to create, for example, a training week, it requires combining tags in a dozen or so files.

- Translation: some things are translated automatically, some are not. There is no way to change this.

- Subscription price for the users. This is the biggest downside of this platform; once the price is set, it cannot be changed. You can only use discount codes, but they only work for NEW users. There is no way to compensate old users.

I am glad that I will soon be migrating to another platform, because apart from the high cost of service, this one also costs a lot of nerves.

I’ve been really impressed with the Single app on Shopify. It does exactly what I need, but what makes it stand out is the quality of the support. The team behind Single are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about solving problems. It’s refreshing to have that kind of human touch.

In contrast, I’ve felt let down by Shopify itself—the AI support system is clunky and often gives vague, generic responses that don’t actually solve the issue. After dealing with Single’s excellent service, Shopify’s AI support feels poor and disappointing.

If you’re considering the app, I’d 100% recommend it. The app is strong, and the support is some of the best I’ve experienced.

The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.

The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our artist's stream. We are already planning our next stream, with our 'Go To', Single!

Great app, first and foremost. Helps with reporting, getting content directly to the fans, offering a subscription platform for bands without the need for Patreon (direct to consumer) and more. Really can't speak more highly about it.

Also, the team running the show (esp. Joe & Sam) are absolute legends and deserve raises for the hard work and overtime they put into my projects for bands such as Oceano, Of Virtue, Hatriot and more!

This app is an absolute game-changer for fan engagement through Shopify. As a music manager with over 10 years in the industry, I've seen a lot of tools come and go, but nothing compares to this for integrating fans into the full experience. From live streams and selling merch to creative ways to interact with fans, it covers everything I could hope for. The features are seamless, well-thought-out, and honestly just make my job easier. It’s genuinely a lifesaver for anyone looking to build a connected, loyal fanbase. So grateful it exists!

The staff at Single were extremely helpful in making sure we had everything set up correctly for our recent album release. They went above and beyond, even when our request were last minute and complicated.

The app itself was extremely easy to setup and navigate, which made it effortless to ensure all of our sales were reported correctly.

We will definitely be using Single for future releases and initiatives.
