Being able to seamlessly report our physical sales to Soundscan and have incredible customer service means everything!! We love working with Single Music!
I posted a review like this once before, but I deleted it to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, after a year of use, this app is a JOKE! It looks like it 's being tested in production.
- First of all, the price. I have the SILVER plan. In theory, it's $49/month, but in practice, with 150 to 200 memberships, the bills fluctuate around $250-350 per month.
- Live streaming is an absolute joke, you have to use a third-party app, and 7/10 times the live stream will disconnect.
- Adding videos and organizing them into collections. Here, you only have hashtags at your disposal, which you have to add manually under each video. If you want to create, for example, a training week, it requires combining tags in a dozen or so files.
- Translation: some things are translated automatically, some are not. There is no way to change this.
- Subscription price for the users. This is the biggest downside of this platform; once the price is set, it cannot be changed. You can only use discount codes, but they only work for NEW users. There is no way to compensate old users.
I am glad that I will soon be migrating to another platform, because apart from the high cost of service, this one also costs a lot of nerves.
The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.
The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our artist's stream. We are already planning our next stream, with our 'Go To', Single!

easy to use for Physical reporting, super fast responses and great customer service all around!
The staff at Single were extremely helpful in making sure we had everything set up correctly for our recent album release. They went above and beyond, even when our request were last minute and complicated.
The app itself was extremely easy to setup and navigate, which made it effortless to ensure all of our sales were reported correctly.
We will definitely be using Single for future releases and initiatives.
Single Music is outstanding and I am so thoroughly happy to be using them in our store. These guys know their stuff I cannot more strongly recommend them.
Single is full of innovative, talented and genuine people who really care about the success of artists. Their support team is fantastic, friendly and they are always staying a step ahead with new features - already amazing and this is just the beginning.
This app is wonderful. It helped us scale our memberships and easily coordinate them with both our digital and physical products. And customer service was extraordinarily attentive (even on weekends). Highly recommend this app.
