The addition of Kooee Reviews has been a game changer for our ecommerce store. The social proof gained through clearly presented customer reviews has lead to increased conversions which has been fantastic. The customer service team has also be prompt to reply to any questions which is a big tick in my book. We still are yet to use all the features so Im sure our experience will only improve once they are engaged.
Highly recommend.
