I had been a long-time user of the ReConvert App. However, several months ago the App was updated and I had to reconfigure my setup. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the new configuration to work properly and reached out to support. Whilst the team was pleasant, nobody seemed to want to take any responsibility. I was given links to confusing instructions and was in a continuous loop trying to get support, being told someone was working on my case, never hearing anything, and following up. I supplied a detailed plan of what I was trying to achieve and was told someone would configure it for me. It never happened. Months of more follow-up passed until one of the managers stepped in to apologise. He asked what he could do to turn my experience around so I told him I just wanted the App to work as it had before the update. When I never got a response, I followed up...then I gave up! I've since uninstalled ReConvert and moved to a new App which is much more user-friendly. As such, I've edited my original 5-star review to 1-star to reflect my terrible experience that cost me Christmas sales.
