The only downside I would say is that it gets too expensive to upgrade for features you would expect from a lower tier, such as being able to send your recommendations via email, This should be a standard feature and not one that you have to pay $200 a month for. Small businesses can not afford such a cost and you should not penalise them for it, you could package other things for the higher tier which would still be of value for larger companies.
