We had a problem with Price Embedded Barcode Scanner in Shopify today due to an unknown Shopify issue. I sent a email to the support team and Camila responded within minutes with a detailed list of instructions of how to get the tile working. Within a few minutes, our app tile was back up and running and our POS running smoothly again. Over the past few years I have reached out to Filljoy support when I have an issue and consistently receive top shelf support.
