I jumped onto the chat, not knowing what sort of tech support I would receive and needed advice on what changes I could make to my store. I knew we needed to make some changes, but I didn't know what changes would be the best for my store. Luckily I got ASH! Ash explained the changes, what they would do, and where to set them. Ash also sent training videos so I had a great starting point. Then he went above and beyond made those changes for me (with my permission of course!)
