Shipping calculator: ShipMagic

This app allowed us to set up unique scenarios using custom rates which is exactly what we needed to be able to do. It was easy set up in general, but on top of that, the customer support agent was ready to help immediately and asked the right questions to help me configure my custom rates correctly. They were extremely helpful during set up and really got to know what I was trying to do so we could do it the right way. This app does exactly what we needed, and their customer support couldn't have been more helpful to me. It was incredible service for a great app.
