Terrible. I just uninstall the apps but it still charge to me.

This app was acquired in late May 2025. As the new owners, we no longer adhere to the previous management's mentality. We are fully committed to providing our customers with the best support possible and have already gone above and beyond to resolve issues that are a consequence of the previous management team's actions.

Hello, I have checked this and you installed the app on October 3rd and then uninstalled it on November 1st. This is almost a month of usage on the Growth Plan and hence you have been charged.
