We reviewed several different vendors for our Mobile App needs and chose Shopney as we felt that was the best fit for our needs. Before we went with them, they gave us two live demos (some of the others sent only videos and never followed up with us again) and answered all of our questions. Before we chose them, we had follow-up emails to double-check our needs.
Once we opened up the account with them, they built the app for us so we could see how it worked and we only needed to make adjustments to it. They then walk you through every step of how to add the integrations and how to publish it to Apple and Google. When there was a problem with getting the App published, they took care of it.
They have excellent support and one of their team members always gets back to me quickly.
