We are a small bespoke business and our reviews are not plentiful, but they are authentic and well regarded by other customers, so the process of gathering and managing them is critical to us. We have been using another provider for two years, and have faced constant issues -political and physical on how they were handled and published. After ignoring the first few email solicits from William at Rapid Reviews, I finally gave in and had a one-on-one conference to discuss my issues and needs going forward. I wish I had responded to his emails immediately and wish this platform was available to me two years ago. I was swapped out and up and seamlessly running on the new platform within 24 hours. The platform is genius, logical, and lightning fast as are the responses for support and assistance. Five stars, oh to hell with it - TEN STARS!!
