*I just downloaded the app and am setting it up so I don't know about the actual functionality of the app, just the customer service and responsiveness*

While setting up a new pop up campaign, I noticed that they offer an option to remove the watermark for free. You have to chat with a rep for a second but it was super simple and they responded to the chat right away. They ask for a review after removing the watermark.
