We were looking for a way to make it easy for customer to gift, which we noticed was already happening.
By implementing Giftnote, it's eased our previously manual gift note experience and have automated all of it. Customer usage has been steadily increasing and haven't had any issues since implementation! Nick was also very very helpful in addressing any issues and with implementation.
